Fit Calisthenics – Routine of the Day
This is an intermediate Full Body routine and its meant for you to sweat. Try doing it with minimum rest between exercises and always pushing your limits. Whatever you do… Don’t fucking slack!
- 50 jumping jacks
- 20 squats
- 10 push ups
- 30 bicycle crunches
- 60 second plank
90 second rest
*For beginners, just cut reps in half
*For advanced, double up on the sets and if you’re a real savage take NO REST!
