Fit Calisthenics – Routine of the Day 

Let’s celebrate the end of 2019 with a wicked AMRAP. I know you’ll probably try to find every excuse to not get it done today but fight that feeling and stick to rule number 1 to Never Skip Monday! Let’s finish this year with a bang!

12 minute AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible)

  • 10 burpees

  • 5 pull ups

  • 10 dips

  • 5 chin ups
