Fit Calisthenics – Routine of the Day 

Take your timer out today and get ready to work. The idea of today is to max out on all these exercises and try to go harder in each round! Happy Monday!
  • 60 sec mountain climbers

  • 60 sec planks

  • 60 sec push ups

  • 60 sec jump squats

  • 20 burpees

X4 *take away 5 burpees in every round.
