Fit Calisthenics – Routine of the Day 

This Monday we’re going to hit arms really hard. Finish the first part of the workout and right after get into the burnout series. On Mondays we train no matter what so let’s get this work done!
  • 10 chin ups

  • 10 headbangers

x4

* 2 reps off every exercise, every set

  • 100 banded curls

  • 100 push ups

  • 10 bench dips
