Fit Calisthenics – Routine of the Day 

We’re so close to Summer that we gotta start taking care of that 6 pack.! Today we work abs and start incorporating jogging into our routines.

  • 50 crunches
  • 50 scissor kicks
  • 50 toe touches
  • 50 flutter kicks
  • 50 bicycle crunches
  • 15 minute jog
