Fit Calisthenics – Routine of the Day 

It’s the first workout of 2020!!! This is probably the most important workout of the whole year. It will set the tone for the year ahead and committing to doing Monday workouts will get you to do 52 workouts this year. No playing around! This year is your year!
  • 3 muscle ups

  • 15 straight bar dips

  • 2 muscle ups

  • 10 straight bar dips

  • 1 muscle up

  • 5 straight bar dips

  • 25 push ups

  • 10 pull ups
